We're still sorting through our recordings and will probably have a few more tracks from the past year available over the next few weeks. Aside from edits during mixdown, all these tracks were recorded live on 4-track tape or 2-track digital to my iBook. Some tracks were even recorded using a $15 tape recorded from Rite Aid. Funk Biscuit is the only thing we recorded using Pro-Tools.

An upcoming event will provide us with more opportunities for new recordings with Cory. We can't wait! Details to come... -pc

That's right... he signed up for Uncle Sam so we threw a party before he's was Shipped off to the land of Camels and Trailers. Brian Gager played drums for us because Cory was down in Puerto-freakin-Rico banging on drums with other drum bangers. Alexi even got up and sang a song with us. It was out of control! Thanks to everyone who helped set it up! We had a blast!!!

When Super-Ocho performed at the Shadow Lounge, the new CLASS B lineup was invited to perform a second set using the band's instruments.

It would probably be worth noting that all of the Ochos have at one time or another been part of the CLASS B lineup, and that the most recent change (see photo) has Andrew Cuneo on bass guitar and Paul Cunningham playing keyboards. The band is currently back in the depths of Comet working on new material, and even revitalizing some of the old stuff. Apparently, Paul has been focusing more on his Waldorf synthesizers. This could get really trippy!

CLASS B has just completed the production of a new album entitled Purple which was recorded at the Johnny Costa studio at CMU. After a few months of post-production, we would like to offer this sneak-preview of our newest material.
